Ann Arbor Community High School edges out Grand Blanc High School for Michigan Mock Trial Championship
In a hard-fought competition, Ann Arbor Community High School defeated Grand Blanc High School to win the 31st annual Michigan High School Mock Trial Tournament State Championship.
The Mock Trial State Finals were held on Saturday, March 29, at Veteran’s Courthouse in Lansing. The 10 team teams competing at the State Finals advanced from one of four regional tournaments held in Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Mt. Clemens, and Pontiac.

By virtue of their victory, Ann Arbor Community High school, coached by Chloe Root, gets the privilege of representing Michigan at the National Mock Trial Championship in Madison, Wisconsin from May 8-10. The Grand Blanc High School team was coached by Michael Paris.
