In honor of America’s 250th birthday, the Michigan Center for Civic Education is launching Beyond 250, a campaign to welcome 250 new monthly donors who believe in the power of civic education to prepare the next generation. Democracy requires people who understand how government works, engage thoughtfully with different perspectives, and feel prepared to participate in their schools, communities, and country.
That preparation starts with civic education.
Your support helps MCCE provide students with opportunities to learn about government, practice civic participation, and develop the knowledge and skills they need to become engaged citizens.

$1,000 — Provides a day of MiVoice MiVote activities, including Practice at the Polls and an “MiVoiceMiVote” Toolkit
